New release of updated PDF Application Forms now available

The latest versions of the application forms created as part of the Point of Single Contact to comply with the EU Services Directive are now available by downloading the zip files below.
These forms are copyrighted and can be used as guidance for those authorities or organisations developing their own application forms.
Although these forms have been made available, they should not be used for any other purpose than those described above.
We are not available to discuss content, design or development of any of these forms.
