New case study published

Manchester City Council is responsible for regulating more than 2,000 licensed premises and receives over 2,300 associated applications a year. They opted to develop their own online system with the aim of enabling customers over time to receive high quality services in one contact; one visit, one click, one call. They have agreed to share their experience of responding to the challenge set by the EU Services Directive using their existing website functionality.
