Technical Difficulties

If you are having technical problems e.g. deploying formalities, setting up payments or processing applications, you may wish to look at the following sections:

  • Webinars - Live, online demonstrations of how to operate ELMS from an administrator's point of view
  • Video tutorials - Simple how to videos that will show you how to complete technical tasks

Understanding the EU Services Directive

If you require information on the what, where, why and how of the Directive, or if you are not sure what the next step is for your authority, please refer to the Services Directive section. Here you can find out how it started, why it is in place, who has been involved and the part authorities have to play in its delivery.
