ELMS solution centre
The ELMS solution centre is your first point of call if you are experiencing problems using ELMS or if you have questions on how to use the system.
If you experience a problem whilst using ELMS please look at the known issue list, as a workaround or resolution may already be in place.
The FAQs have been developed based on the enquiries that authorities have raised over the duration of the EU Services Directive implementation. These range from scope and screening to task-related enquiries.
From time to time changes and/or fixes are made to forms. You may be required to redeploy in order for these changes to be made available to users. Please refer to the Forms redeployment update for full details.
Note: Please do not report a problem until you have checked the above resources. This will help you resolve some issues straight away and prevent duplicate request. It will also ensure the support team are available to support authorities with new issues.
