Operator informed that there are applications, but not visible when logging on to ELMS

Title: Operator is informed that there are applications, but not visible when logging on to ELMS.
Description:

Operator users are being advised that there are applications waiting, but when they log in they cannot see any applications listed.

Workaround or solution
  1. Log in as an administrator
  2. Click Manage Authority Users
  3. Click to ‘Edit’ the operational user’s profile.
  4. Tick every department in the list.
  5. Click ‘Save’.
  6. Click to ‘Edit’ the operational user’s profile again.
  7. Untick all departments except the one he/she belongs to.
  8. Click to ‘Save’.
