LA information capture spreadsheets
The information required for each Devolved Administration is slightly different so separate spreadsheets have been created for England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Please make sure you select the correct spreadsheet for your authority.
Full details on how to complete the spreadsheet are available on the 'Please Read' tab when you open the sheet.
