| Description: | In some cases if an applicant is using an Apple Mac then they may get a message when attempting to complete and/or upload an application form, that they don’t have the latest version of Adobe, even though they have indeed installed it. |
| Workaround or solution | We believe that the issue here is that some Apple-based users are using the Apple PDF viewer to view the PDF forms. Since the forms have been reader-enabled, they therefore need the Adobe PDF Reader instead. This is freely available from the Adobe website. |
