Workaround or solution

We are aware that on some occasions the real issue is that the email address on the user profile in ELMS does not match the email address entered when they were set up on the Government Gateway.

Please confirm that these email addresses match before reporting this issue to the ELMS team.

Estimated date to fix: We will resolve this misleading error message appearing asap.
