| Workaround or solution |
When the formality has been correctly completed, a 'Deploy' button will appear under the 'Edit' button. If you cannot see the 'Deploy' button, check what is showing under 'Department'. If the default 'All Departments' is shown, you have not selected a department. 'All Departments' does not actually allow you to select all departments. A fix will be put in place to change the wording of the default for 'Departments' to something more appropriate e.g. 'Select Department', to avoid further confusion. |

If you do not have any other options in the 'Processing Department' drop-down, please check you have added departments on the 'Authority Details' page. If you have the correct department but the 'Deploy' button is not visible, check the status of the 'Ready' column. If this does not show 'Yes', you have not checked the tick box at the bottom of the formality. |
