Troubleshooting
Below is a collection of common issues ELMS users have come across. Click on the links to find the description and solution.
- Black spot appears in Declaration text of application form
- Attaching Word document: Upload validation error - Wrong file format
- Operational User - message states no role or department assigned
- Formality shown as 'Not Applied to Authority'
- Formality saved but not deployed
