We have developed a series of videos to help you understand how to use the ELMS System. Please note that there is no sound on these videos.
NEW: We have created a set of videos to help applicants with finding licences on the businesslink.gov.uk website, registering and logging in, and making the application. Please feel free to either use these to help applicants who are having difficulties or to direct them straight to the videos. You can view the videos below by either of the methods below.
View Tutorials Using Embedded Videos
- Click on the link to the video to stream online
- You can view the video in full screen by clicking on the cluster of arrows at the bottom right of video box
- If you are unable to view the embedded video, refer to Zip Files steps
View Tutorials Using Zip Files
- Click on the desired video zip file in the ‘Related Documents’ pane on the right
- Double click on the 'wmv' file to launch the video
